Paisley Challah Cover by Tamara Zlotogoura

The Paisley Challah Cover is designed by artisan Tamara Zlotogoura. The paisley and floral motifs, inspired by Mehndi motifs, are embroidered in a chain stitch with metallic accents. Zlotogoura employs freehand manual embroidery, which she likens to painting with thread. The cover is finished with piped edging and the Hebrew word Shabbat is embroidered in the center. Each cover is lined, designed in Spain, and made in India.
