Adornment Earrings by the Israel Museum: Smoky Quartz Double Post

The design for this jewelry collection from the Israel Museum are inspired by the exhibition Adornment: Jewelry and Body Decoration in Prehistoric Times on view there June 2, 2022 through April 15, 2023. The exhibition examines the importance and complex messages conveyed by jewelry and other decorations during this time.

 

Made in Israel, these earrings feature two smoky quartz cabochons in a gold vermeil frame on a post with a butterfly back.
