Moonscape Pendant Necklace by Emilie Shapiro

The Moonscape necklace by Emilie Shapiro is inspired by the texture of the moon in the night's sky reflecting on the water. Rose quartz is embedded in brass and paired with an organic shaped pendant suspended from a brass chain with a handmade clasp.

Emilie Shapiro's work is inspired by natural elements and heavily driven by experimentation and process. She incorporates natural, rough gemstones celebrating beauty in imperfection. All jewelry is handmade in Emilie's studio in New York City.

Brass patinas with time, and the original luster can be restored with a polishing cloth. Store jewelry in a box or bag to prevent tarnishing, avoid contact with harsh chemicals (such as perfume, chlorine and detergents), and dry your piece thoroughly when it gets wet. To clean, soak jewelry in warm water with mild soap and gently scrub with a soft bristled brush or toothbrush.
