Jewish Museum Wiener Werkstatte Wood Coaster Set
Made for the Jewish Museum Shop is this wood coaster set featuring designs by various Wiener Werkstätte artists spanning from 1918-1929. The coasters are made from FSC-certified birch wood and coated with durable matte melamine, making this set a beautiful and practical addition to any home.
The design on each coaster is from a fabric pattern included in the exhibition Modernity and Opulence: Women of the Wiener Werkstätte, on view at the Jewish Museum July 17–November 15, 2026. The exhibition sheds new light on the role that Jewish women played as artists, designers, patrons, and tastemakers for the Wiener Werkstätte, shaping modernist aesthetics in early twentieth-century Vienna and beyond.
