Hand Finished Copper Seder Plate by Sage Reynolds

New York metalsmith Sage Reynolds hand crafted this Seder plate entirely from copper.  The platter and coordinating six dishes to hold the symbolic Seder foods are each hand formed and hand hammered.  Subtle pattern details around the platter and dishes are all hand chased.  Since the set is entirely hand crafted, it takes Reynolds several weeks to complete each one and no two are exactly alike.  Made in New York.

 

Copper naturally patinas over time to create a warm, aged look.  If you prefer to keep the copper color brighter, the artist recommends using Wright's Copper Cleaner.
