This functional and elegant menorah by an award-winning industrial designer speaks at once to the simplicity and beauty of practical design. This traditional design stands simple and regal, while the weight and sturdiness of the cast iron material assure the withstanding quality of the menorah. The design has an incorporated plate for catching wax as well as for resting a hot match on.
Owen is a Professor of Industrial Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology and his design work has been featured in galleries and museums throughout the world. He believes that design and function should be married, and that functionality is visible as well as tactile.
