Veiled Neckpiece by Kobi Halperin for the Jewish Museum

This elegant neckpiece is designed by Kobi Halperin exclusively for the Jewish Museum in a limited edition of 150 pieces. It is made from pleated chantilly lace over dotted mesh with grosgrain ribbon. The design for the veiled neckpiece was inspired by the Jewish Museum exhibition Veiled Meanings: Fashioning Jewish Dress, from the Collection of The Israel Museum, Jerusalem, on view November 3, 2017 - March 18, 2018. Acknowledging the concept of revealing and concealing, Halperin designed this neck accessory with dual purposes and multiple ways to wear it. The neckpiece can be worn with the tie in back or in reverse for a collar effect with the tie in front.
