"Time to Bloom" Vase by Yaara

Israeli ceramicist Yaara Nir Kachlon has created an exclusive line of useful ceramic objects for the Jewish Museum Shop, incoporating her signature style of words or phrases stamped onto each piece. Crafted in Yaara's northwestern Negev studio, these special pieces are produced in a creamy white finish that has a silky lightweight feel, but is durable for use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.  
 
The "Time to Bloom" Vase features the title phrase in Hebrew on a ceramic tag that hangs from the vase. Yaara believes "we should enjoy the simple things in life, but never in an ordinary way," which makes this vase a unique gift to mark a celebratory event such as an engagement, wedding, new job, new home, or new baby.
