Nosh Menorah by Modern Mensch: Sunrise Sunset

Modern Mensch is dedicated to exploring and celebrating Jewish culture through the lens of design. The Nosh Menorah series is their first foray into creating their own Jewish ceremonial object. Its sculptural beauty is inspired by the design team's favorite Jewish culinary experience, the bagel. The menorah is meant to shine in your home with or without candles beyond the standard eight nights. The project is a collaboration between Modern Mensch and Leadoff Studio, an industrial design and product development consultancy based in New York City.  

 

The Nosh Menorah is made of highly polished plated metal.  The base features soft cork bottoms which provide a slight grip keeping the menorah firmly in place and prevents scratching. Each menorah comes complete with a box of matches and a prayer card with the blessing over the Hanukkah candles in English and Hebrew.

 

 

 

Fits most standard size Hanukkah candles. Candles sold separately. Cleaning instructions: Allow wax to dry completely, then brush off with a clean dry cloth.  Polish the menorah with a clean dry cloth to remove smudges or fingerprints.
