Maple Challah Board by Brent Rourke

This beautiful challah board was designed by Canadian cabinetmaker Brent Rourke. The process of achieving the rich, coffee color of roasted maple involves heating the wood in a vacuum and then re-hydrating the wood. Each board is finished with food safe beeswax and signed by the artist on the side of the board, allowing you to use both the front and back sides of the board. Handmade in Canada.
