Keep It Kosher Button

From "Not Ya Bubbe's Buttons: Yiddish that sticks!," a series of buttons featuring Yiddish words, is this "Keep It Kosher" button.  Kosher is the Yiddish word that means authentic, genuine, proper or legitimate.  (It also refers to food that adheres to Jewish law.) 

 

"Not Ya Bubbe's Buttons" are designed in collaboration with Seltzer and are offered exclusively by The Jewish Museum Shop.
