Internationally known architect Adam D. Tihany (b. 1948) has created some of the world's best-known restaurant and hotel interiors. His famous integrated design approach--in which he links architecture, interior design, graphics, furniture and tableware design--is evident in his work. Energy, excitement and spontaneity, along with careful consideration of the smallest detail, characterize Tihany's works. This coffee table-sized book features more than 40 of his restaurants and hotels from the 1980s and 1990s, as well as designs for furniture, china and tableware.
