This ketubah is framed by moving verses from King Solomon’s Song of Songs.  The richly colored outer border, reminiscent of a Persian tapestry, is complemented by a lighter inner border depicting delicately illustrated flowers and musical instruments.

Howard Fox, originally from Canada, now lives in Israel where he creates art for both the secular and Judaic art worlds.  His distinctive style and keen eye for detail produce rich lush art, bursting with symbolic allusions.  Howard’s work has been displayed in numerous exhibitions throughout the United States, Israel and Canada.
