These silver-plated earrings are made from seven rings, which contain a seven-pointed star. In ancient times, seven circles meant perfection; the star represents the peaceful unity of all nations and faiths. Made from Peace Bronze, a special alloy containing copper cabling from dismantled nuclear missile silos, these earrings help From War to Peace's commitment to a world without war. Made in the U.S.A.
From War to Peace is based in California and was founded in 2010 by Sandee and Paul Ogren. They shared a dream of a world without war, and a place where war was turned into peace. After Sandee's death in the summer of 2010, Paul began turning their dream into a reality. Jewelry and other objects are made from a special alloy called Peace Bronze, which contains copper recycled from miles of copper cabling that once connected the now-decommissioned and disarmed missile silos in the Midwest.
