This dreidel by American designer Jonathan Adler features contemporarily-designed Hebrew letters in polished silver surrounded by Adler's signature colors.  A must-have for the dreidel collector or anyone interested in the most chic designs.

Born in New Jersey in 1966, Adler began making pottery at summer camp and continued to work on his technique while studying art history at Brown University and then pottery at the Rhode Island Institute of Design.  In 1994, he sold his first line to Barney's in New York City.  Today, he has several Jonathan Adler stores, including one in England, and his work is sold worldwide.  Adler now includes Judaica in his ceramics, metals and enamels collection. His Utopia menorah is included in The Jewish Museum's permanent collection.

This dreidel is included in Design Edition JM, a curated selection of modern and contemporary Jewish ritual objects by extraordinary designers commissioned and collected by The Jewish Museum.
