The Jewish Museum Member's Discount
Jewish Museum members receive a 10% discount on all merchandise purchased from The Jewish
Museum Shops - online, in stores,
or by phone. In addition, members receive various benefits such as free admission to the
Museum, exclusive members-only
previews, and discounts to public programs. Special out-of-town and net memberships are
available. When you join online or
by phone, you are immediately eligible to save on your current purchase. To become a member

To receive your member discount online, go to My Account or Login. Check the "I am a
Member" box and enter your member
number. The discount will automatically be deducted during the checkout process. New
members will receive a temporary
coupon code following joining to be used until their member number is assigned. Enter the
temporary code in the "Coupon
Code" box at check out for immediate savings.
Sales Tax
Shipments to New York include an 8.375% sales tax, computed after adding merchandise total
plus all shipping & handling
charges. Apparel, tallit and kippot are tax-exempt.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item has arrived damaged or there is a
mistake with your order, please call
customer service at (212) 423-3333 immediately.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, and it is in saleable condition, you may return your
merchandise within 60 days for an
exchange or refund in the form of your original payment. Gift recipients will receive a
store credit -- with a gift receipt
or packing list, credit will be in the amount of the original purchase price; without a gift
receipt or packing list, store
credit will be in the amount of the current sale price. Shipping & Handling and Gift Wrap
fees are non-refundable.

Attention: Returns
-Include a copy of either the receipt or packing list. This will help us quickly process
your return and give you the proper
credit amount.
-Insure your shipment. Return by UPS or insured Parcel Post. Lost shipments are the
responsibility of the sender.
-If you wish to exchange your return for something else, please clearly note item numbers
and descriptions for the exchange.
Merchandise must be received in its original condition. We regret that we are unable to
accept for return personalized
items, opened CD's or DVD's, or pierced earrings unless defective or damaged in
shipping.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messages
We can wrap all the packages in your order for a flat fee of $6.00 in our Jewish Museum gift
wrap. Simply check the box next
to "Check here to use our Gift Wrap Services" on the "Billing and Shipping Information"
page. $6.00 will be applied to your
order and seen on the "Final Purchase Approval" page. There is also a space to enter a gift message.

The Jewish Museum shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Jewish Museum shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
