Designed by American artisan Emily Rosenfeld, this plaque is made of pewter and spalted maple. At the top is written Tikkun Olam, the ancient Jewish teaching, which translates to "Repairing the World." A Tree of Life is rooted in the Hebrew word for "Compassion" at the bottom. It is a reminder to nurture our environments, heal our spirits, our communities and our earth by connecting to the spirit of the Jewish faith. Made to hang indoors. Made in Massachusetts.
